A Target NO RAINWATER Discharge
The waterproofing of soils, the weather changes and the geographical imbalance of rainwater resources entail a new status for rain water as a resource to be managed and preserved.
The old sewerage management is no longer viable, rain water can no longer be considered as garbage.
New solutions now exist to:
prevent it from streaming and from getting polluted;
store it during heavy rain periods such as stormy showers, so as to avoid clogging pipes and flooding;
to drain it off with a controlled flow, so as to treat it efficiently and to avoid polluting rivers or subsoils;
to infiltrate it, to restore the water balance of the soils
to use it again for domestic needs other than human consumption
